UDC Consolidated Third Draft - January 2025

This third full draft of the Unified Development Code (UDC) is ready for review by the Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) and City Council. Please "register" with Konveio by entering your name and Town or Committee contact information before comment issuance. Comments will be discussed during P&Z and Council Work Sessions in January – March 2025. NOTE: Comments will be visible to all review parties.
