This second full draft of the Unified Development Code (UDC) is ready for review by the City Council (CC), Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z), Unified Development Code Advisory Committee (UDCAC), and Staff review team. Please "register" with Konveio by entering your name and Town or Committee contact information before comment issuance. Comments will be addressed with the new draft to be returned in January 2025. NOTE: Comments will be visible to all review parties.
